Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement

(Store): This includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical retail location.
(Consumer): The person engaging in electronic commerce with the intention of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
(Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this document, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Consumer Legal Capacity

The consumer affirms that they have full legal capacity, both legally and under Islamic law, to engage with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.

Article Three – Nature of Obligation

The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the service or product.
The store may provide additional services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.

Article Four – Usage Regulations

The consumer shall use the store’s electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When purchasing any service or product from the store, the consumer shall not use it in a way that conflicts with public morals or the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership in the store, you are required to disclose specified information and choose a username and secret password to log in. By doing so, you agree to:

Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
The store is not responsible in any way for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, material or moral, resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.

If the store determines that you provided untrue, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or misleading information—or information that violates this agreement—the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership or store account, without prejudice to the store’s right to pursue other legal remedies.
If any of the above provisions are violated, the store has the right to suspend or cancel your membership or restrict your access to the store’s services.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Means of Contact

The parties agree that communication will take place through the email registered in the platform.
The consumer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to written communications and are legally valid.
The consumer agrees that the store may contact or notify them regarding this agreement or any dealings through public messages sent to all consumers or specific messages to certain users.

Article Seven – Modifications to the Terms of Use and Fees

If any article or clause of this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in effect until further notice from the store’s management.
This agreement—updated from time to time—constitutes the operational mechanism and understanding between the consumer and the store.
The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the products, services, offers, or government-imposed taxes related to the product or service.
The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees under the terms of this agreement for any consumer, regardless of the reason for registration.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services

The store, through its partners, provides payment solutions, which may be done entirely online using available payment methods or any method added later.
The store is committed to setting the price of the service or product according to recognized market value.
The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and acknowledgment documents for all payments and revenues, and to providing the consumer with an invoice for their purchase.
The store is committed to applying standard accounting specifications in its electronic platform in accordance with this agreement and all legal and economic requirements.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether existing before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
The consumer must respect the intellectual property rights of the store, including the store name, words, logos, symbols, and any intellectual-property-related materials displayed on the platform.

Article Ten – Store Liability

The store is committed to conducting its commercial activities legally and in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of this agreement.
The store is not responsible for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or resulting from the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies.
The store and its owners and representatives commit to ensuring that the product or service is lawful, authorized, and used for lawful purposes within the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict their access to the platform’s services at any time, without notice and for any reason.

Article Twelve – Governing Law

This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by and drafted according to the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the authority of its regulatory bodies.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions

If any article or clause becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in effect until further notice.

This Terms of Use Agreement—amended as needed—forms the operational mechanism and contractual understanding between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to the following:

Arabic is the governing language for interpreting this agreement, even if translated into other languages.
All prices displayed for the store’s products or services may be modified from time to time.
Promotional or marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The parties agree to conduct their dealings in accordance with Islamic law and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This agreement may only be canceled by a decision issued by the store’s management.
